Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from our fulfillment location in New Maadi, Cairo, Egypt.

We currently ship across Egypt.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: E£80 flat rate, estimated delivery within 5–8 business days.
Free Shipping: on all orders over E£1,000.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and courier availability.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking details (where available) via email/WhatsApp.

Payment on Delivery

Orders placed with Cash on Delivery (COD) require the exact amount to be ready at the time of delivery. Our team may contact you to confirm the order before shipping.

Delays

While we aim to meet the estimated delivery windows above, delays may occasionally occur due to courier logistics, weather, or high demand during sales periods. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed if this happens.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful (e.g., unreachable customer, incorrect address, refused order), a re-delivery attempt may be arranged, or the order may be canceled subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.
